Kathleen Griffith, another new addition to the Flood Law team, first came to the firm as a law clerk during Summer 2015. After passing the bar exam, Kathleen accepted a position with Flood Law to advocate for the firm’s clients as an associate attorney.
Before joining Flood Law, Kathleen graduated in the top 10% of her class in May 2015 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While there, she received the Dean’s Scholarship for academic achievement to consecutive years and was a member of the Frank Murphy Honor Society. On top of those achievements, she won the Book Award for the highest grade in Applied Legal Theory Analysis, Estates and Trusts, Secured Transactions, and Trial Practice.
During her studies, Kathleen was an intern at the Wayne County Prosecutors Office where she worked with the violent Crime Unit.
Prior to Law School, Kathleen completed her undergraduate studies at Wayne State University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
